Philadelphia Union has announced a series of enhancements at Subaru Park in preparation for the 2025 Major League Soccer season. The upgrades are set to debut during the club's home opener against FC Cincinnati on March 1.
A new speaker system has been installed, promising improved sound quality and coverage. Diversified, a company known for its expertise in audio visual and media innovation, managed the replacement of all original speakers in the seating bowl, including 12 arrays—six on each side. Smaller speakers at the North End were also replaced, and additional speakers were added outside the stadium gates. The amplifiers and audio infrastructure have been upgraded to match state-of-the-art standards used by other major league stadiums.
Fans will find new food options throughout Subaru Park. These include Colbie's at Section 132, Primo Hoagies at Section 125, Cooper Cheese offerings at multiple locations including Union Yards and Primepoint Club, Rita’s at Section 109, and Hatfield Hot Dogs available around the park.
New premium seating options will be available this spring with The Commodore, 2010 North, and Riverview Lofts. "The Commodore" is located on field level by River End and offers an elegant pub-themed space with draft beers and pub fare. It features Dreamseat Zera Countour seats for comfort with all-inclusive food and beverages delivered to seats.
"2010 North," a speakeasy-themed lounge on the north end field side, will offer premium cocktails from its luxury bar. Fans can purchase loge box Monaco seating that includes all-inclusive food and beverages along with private televisions and beverage coolers.
"Riverview Lofts," situated on the Terrace Deck with views of Commodore Bridge and Riverfront, can accommodate up to 30 guests offering exclusive amenities.
The Philadelphia Union Shop opens at 5 p.m. on game day as a Fanatics Experience providing fans access to new merchandise like the "2025 secondary 'Voltage' kit," goalkeeper kits, Phang plush toys, scarves, t-shirts, hoodies among others.
Additionally, fans visiting Subaru Plaza can stop by Visit St. Pete-Clearwater's giant Adirondack chair for photos in their Union gear. Submitted pictures may feature on an online fan wall with entries giving fans a chance to win an exclusive trip to St. Pete-Clearwater as part of a season-long sweepstakes.
