Philadelphia Union has announced the loan of forward Nelson Pierre to Vancouver Whitecaps FC II. The arrangement will last for the remainder of 2025, with Pierre set to join Vancouver once he receives his International Transfer Certificate (ITC) and work authorization.

Pierre was previously loaned to Skövde AIK in January 2024, where he played three matches in the Svenska Cupen. He was then recalled and loaned to Charlotte of the United Soccer League (USL) on August 14, 2024. During his time with Charlotte Independence, Pierre scored one goal in nine total appearances. Additionally, he represented Haiti in the CONCACAF Under-20 Championship, participating in all three matches in July 2024.

A graduate of the YSC Academy, Pierre signed a homegrown contract on February 21, 2023, becoming the 20th homegrown player in Philadelphia Union's history. He spent the 2023 season with Union II, scoring four goals and providing four assists across 28 appearances, including 15 starts.
