The 2025 MLB Pipeline Poll has revealed insights into the opinions of executives from all 30 Major League Baseball organizations regarding top prospects. The poll delves into various categories, including the best overall prospect, top hitter, pitcher, and other key evaluations.

Roman Anthony emerged as the standout in the category of baseball's No. 1 prospect, receiving nearly half of all votes. Dylan Crews followed in second place on this list. "Dylan Crews, currently No. 1 on our Top 100 list, finished second," the report states.

Regarding Roki Sasaki's ranking potential on a Top 100 list, most respondents placed him in the top ten. Nearly three-quarters agreed he belongs there, with some naming him as a potential No. 1 pitcher.

In terms of hitting prowess, Roman Anthony again topped the list for best hitting prospect. "Anthony again leads this list by a healthy margin," noted the survey results.

Jackson Jobe was named baseball’s best pitching prospect this year after Paul Skenes dominated last year's poll with nearly 60% of votes.

Carson Williams was identified as the best defensive prospect following Pete Crow-Armstrong's graduation from prospect status.

A wide range of players were considered underrated prospects with no clear frontrunner; however, Luke Keaschall and Aidan Miller were among those receiving multiple mentions.

Zyhir Hope led predictions for breakout prospect of the year due to his high potential despite not yet realizing it fully on the field.

Jacob Misiorowski and Jarlin Susana tied for first place in voting for future closer prospects. "This is the second straight year Jacob Misiorowski led polling here," according to reports.

Bryce Harper was voted as the best Minor League prospect ever seen by executives surveyed while Paul Skenes and Bobby Witt Jr. tied as top amateur prospects ever observed.

Overall, these findings provide an intriguing glimpse into how MLB executives view emerging talent within professional baseball today.
