Another milestone was reached during the Philadelphia Union's 2025 home opener against FC Cincinnati. In the 82nd minute, with a score of 3-1 in favor of the Union, Head Coach Bradley Carnell introduced Bruno Damiani to strengthen the midfield. This move marked Damiani's debut for the team.

The 22-year-old Uruguayan replaced Mikael Uhre and quickly made his presence felt by attempting a goal within his first 30 seconds on the field. The Boys in Blue maintained their undefeated start to the season.

Damiani joined Philadelphia Union on February 18, 2025, through a record-breaking transfer from Uruguayan Primera Division club Nacional.
