Philadelphia Union II has released its 2025 regular season schedule in collaboration with MLS NEXT Pro. The Eastern Conference Champions, who reached the MLS NEXT Pro Cup for the first time last year, will start their new season on March 9 against New England Revolution II at Gillette Stadium. Their final match is scheduled for October 5 against New York City FC II at Subaru Park.
The matches will be broadcast live on MLS Season Pass via Apple TV, continuing a three-year tradition. This service offers coverage of all MLS and Leagues Cup matches along with hundreds of MLS NEXT Pro and MLS NEXT games. Additional regular season games can be viewed on MLSNEXTPro.com.
This season, Union II will compete as one of 29 clubs in the league, playing a total of 28 games split evenly between home and away venues over a span of 30 weeks. Teams will face each divisional opponent up to three times, supplemented by other intraconference matchups.
The playoffs will see the return of the "pick-your-opponent" format introduced in 2023. Eight teams from each conference qualify, with Seeds No. 1-4 choosing their opponents in the first round without a bye for Seed No. 1. In subsequent rounds, only the highest remaining seed gets to select an opponent among the remaining teams. The playoffs consist of 15 single-elimination matches spread over four weekends starting October 17 and ending with the MLS NEXT Pro Cup on November 7.
Details regarding ticket sales for Philadelphia Union II's home games are expected soon.
