The nomination highlights Jace's athletic abilities and his contribution to his team's successful second half of the season after recovering from an injury. "Jace is a tremendous athlete who can play anywhere on the field. Whether it's center back to striker he uses speed and aggressiveness to be a force on the field. He was instrumental in helping his team to a strong 2nd half of the season after coming back from injury," reads the statement. It also praises his positive attitude and teamwork: "Always smiling with a great attitude, Jace is a hard worker and a great teammate. Jace has a bright future in soccer."

Jace shared some personal insights, naming Team USA as his favorite professional club and expressing admiration for players Ronaldo and Pulisic. His favorite Union player is Kai Wagner, while he favors numbers 13 and 7.

He recounted winning a winter league championship via penalty kicks as one of his memorable soccer experiences. Outside of soccer, Jace enjoys performing in theater shows and aspires to be both an actor and soccer athlete when he grows up.
