Center Cam Jurgens is set to play in the NFC Championship against the Washington Commanders despite a back injury that limited his participation in practice. He was listed as questionable on Friday's injury report after missing Thursday's practice and being limited on Friday.

Tight end Dallas Goedert, who had been dealing with an ankle injury, confirmed he is "ready to go" for the game following Friday's practice. The Eagles have also elevated fullback Khari Blasingame and linebacker Nicholas Morrow from the practice squad. Blasingame has participated in 25 snaps primarily on special teams during the playoffs, while Morrow contributed 18 snaps on special teams during last Sunday's Divisional Round win.

The Washington Commanders will be without starting defensive tackle Daron Payne, who was downgraded to out due to knee and finger injuries. Payne did not participate in any practices throughout the week. Additionally, starting offensive guard Sam Cosmi will miss the game after suffering an ACL injury in their previous match against the Lions.

Both teams have listed several inactive players for today's game. For Washington, these include Michael Davis (CB), Jeff Driskel (3rd QB), Dominique Hampton (LB), K.J. Osborn (WR), and Chris Rodriguez Jr. (RB). Meanwhile, Philadelphia's inactive list includes Lewis Cine (S), Nick Gates (OL), Trevor Keegan (G), Darian Kinnard (T/G), Tanner McKee (3rd QB), Eli Ricks (CB), and Ainias Smith (WR).
