The Flyers have collaborated with the Pennsylvania Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (PSPCA) to assist in finding permanent homes for nine abandoned puppies. These Great Pyrenees puppies, discovered in Lower Merion Park before the holidays, were featured on a recent episode of Head Coach John Tortorella’s "Hockey & Hounds."

Earlier this month, the Flyers and PSPCA organized an event where players met with their namesake puppies during a team practice. Photos and videos from this event are available on the Flyers’ social media platforms.

Fans attending the game between the Flyers and Devils on January 27 will have an opportunity to meet these puppies at the Broad Street Atrium. The adoption process will officially commence at PSPCA's North Philadelphia location starting January 28.

For further information, listeners can tune into this week's episode of "Hockey & Hounds" available on Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube.
