Jesus Bueno joins Venezuelan national team for World Cup qualifiers

Philadelphia Union announced that midfielder Jesus Bueno has been selected to join the Venezuelan national team for the upcoming FIFA international window. Bueno is among seven members of the Union who have been called up for this period. The other players include Tai Baribo (Israel), Andre Blake (Jamaica), Daniel Gazdag (Hungary), Danley Jean Jacques (Haiti), Neil Pierre (U.S. U-18), and Frankie Westfield (U.S. U-20).

Bueno will participate in two CONMEBOL World Cup Qualifiers with Venezuela, marking his seventh call-up for La Vinotinto. Venezuela's matches are scheduled against Ecuador on March 20 at 5:00 p.m., and against Peru on March 25 at 8:00 p.m.
