Benefits include representing the Philadelphia Union, continuous coach education opportunities, mentorship from senior staff, observation opportunities of first team, second team, and Academy sessions, and provided attire.

The interview process involves a virtual meeting via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, submission of a 15-minute coaching video in the candidate's current environment, an invitation to deliver a session with club players, followed by further steps based on performance.
