Saturday marked a significant milestone for Ian Glavinovich, who earned two Independence Blue Cross Achievement Unlocks during his debut for the Union at Subaru Park. In his first start and appearance with the club, the Argentinian player quickly made an impact by scoring a goal just eight minutes into the match. He converted a corner kick from Kai Wagner into a goal against St. Louis CITY SC, thrilling the home crowd.

Glavinovich joined the Union in December 2024 on a one-year loan deal with an option for a permanent transfer from Newell’s Old Boys.
