The Philadelphia Eagles have reached an agreement with Azeez Ojulari, an outside linebacker, on a one-year contract. The announcement was made on Monday.

Ojulari, who stands 6-foot-3 and weighs 240 pounds, began his professional career as a second-round pick for the New York Giants in 2021. During his rookie season, he set a new record for the most sacks by a rookie in the Giants' history with eight sacks. Over the past year, he recorded another six sacks. Throughout his tenure with the Giants, Ojulari accumulated 22 sacks, 37 quarterback hits, and 21 tackles for loss.

Prior to his NFL career, Ojulari played college football at Georgia where he participated in 27 games over three seasons. His collegiate stats include 71 tackles, 19.5 tackles for loss, and five forced fumbles. He also contributed to community service efforts as part of the SEC Community Service Team in 2020.

Ojulari is currently entering his fifth year as a professional player and will turn 25 this June.
