Philadelphia Union returned to the pitch at Marbella Football Center for a two-part recovery session following their match against Slavia Prague. The team engaged in soccer tennis, a game reportedly invented by Slavia Prague in 1922 to maintain ball skills.

In this activity, teams of three competed, with David Vazquez, Neil Pierre, and Eddy Davis III emerging victorious over Team Sullivan brothers and Franke Westfield in the final round.

After the soccer tennis session, the performance staff led the group on a run before engaging in more activities aimed at team bonding. This time, they visited Kart&Fun in Estepona for some racing action.

Carnell had previously shared during an introductory Q&A that he thrives on "caffeine and octane," which was evident as he took part in the karting experience himself.
