The University of Pennsylvania baseball team has secured a place in the upcoming Ivy League Tournament. The team's participation was confirmed following Harvard's victory over Yale in a doubleheader on Saturday in New Haven.
Penn, seeded fourth, will face off against top-seeded Columbia, the host team, in Game 2 of the tournament on Friday, May 17 at 3 p.m. Meanwhile, Princeton and Cornell, seeded second and third respectively, will open the weekend's games at 11 a.m.
The tournament schedule includes Game 3 for the losers of Games 1 and 2 on Saturday, May 18 at 11 a.m., followed by Game 4 for the winners of Games 1 and 2 at 3 p.m.
Last season marked Penn's successful run through the inaugural Ivy League Tournament, where they won all three games to secure their first NCAA Regional berth since 1995.
All matches will be available for live streaming on ESPN+, with live statistics also provided. Tickets are set to go on sale Monday, May 13.
