The first postseason clash between the New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies has been intense, with both teams securing dramatic victories at Citizens Bank Park. The series now moves to Citi Field for Game 3 on Tuesday night.

"Obviously, you want to go 2-0 at home, but being able to go 1-1 going into New York … I imagine it's going to be pretty hostile there -- and a lot of fun," said Phillies first baseman Bryce Harper.

Mets manager Carlos Mendoza expressed similar enthusiasm: "Can’t wait to play in front of our fan base. It's been a while. So we'll be ready to go."

Game 3 is scheduled for 5:08 p.m. ET on Tuesday at Citi Field and will be broadcast on FS1. It can also be viewed via MLB.TV in the U.S., with authentication required from participating Pay TV providers.

Starting pitchers for the game are Aaron Nola for the Phillies and Sean Manaea for the Mets. Nola boasts a strong track record against the Mets at Citi Field, while Manaea has improved since adjusting his pitching style mid-season.

Lineup adjustments may occur due to pitching matchups, with possible changes in both teams' rosters. The Phillies might replace Alec Bohm with Edmundo Sosa or Austin Hays due to their left-handed opponent, while the Mets could bring back Jesse Winker as designated hitter against Nola.

Both bullpens have key players returning after rest days, although some uncertainties remain regarding player availability due to recent workloads.

Injuries continue to affect both teams. For the Phillies, Spencer Turnbull remains out but may return if they advance further in the playoffs. Jeff McNeil of the Mets is ramping up activities after a wrist injury and could return if they progress beyond this series.

Player performances vary; Kyle Schwarber remains hot for Philadelphia with significant postseason contributions, while Brandon Nimmo's consistent hitting has been crucial for New York.

Fans can expect an exciting continuation of this rivalry as Game 3 unfolds at Citi Field.
