Philadelphia Union II faced off against Chicago Fire FC II at SeatGeek Stadium on Sunday, resulting in a 2-1 defeat for the visiting team. The match saw Peter Soudan of Chicago score the opening goal in the 15th minute. Philadelphia's Markus Anderson equalized in the 59th minute, only for Omari Glasgow to regain the lead for Chicago two minutes later.

The game was officiated by Muhammed Hassan, with Christopher Slane and Audra Fullen as assistant referees, and Igor Bych as the fourth official. It took place under sunny conditions with temperatures at 72 degrees.
