Philadelphia Union will face Atlanta United FC on Saturday, September 28th, with kickoff scheduled for 7:30 PM ET. The match is presented by Bimbo Bakeries USA and will feature Fiesta Hispana as the theme night. Fans can watch the game on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV or listen to it on 97.5 Fanatic's app and website.
Parking lots will open at 2:30 PM, and fans are encouraged to purchase parking passes online in advance to ensure a spot. Union Yards will open at 4 PM, offering specialty Margarita cocktails and food from Taquitos de Puebla. Yerba Mate Crew will have a tasting station for herbal tea from South America. From 5 PM to 6 PM, Bronson Tennis Band will perform Bachata, Merengue, and Caribbean Samba.
The Dogfish Head Bar at Union Yards features a full bar with 20 beers on tap, wine, liquor, soft drinks, communal tables, big screen TVs showing Major League Soccer games and other Philadelphia sporting events. The GIANT Tailgate at Union Yards includes tailgate games, lounge seating, firepits with string lights overhead, and trees throughout.
Subaru Plaza opens at 5:30 PM with a food village offering cuisines from Colombia, Venezuela, and Argentina until halftime. Vendors include Café Tinto located at 143 E Wyoming Ave in Philadelphia; Puyero at 524 S 4th St in Philadelphia; and Buenos Aires Empanada Bar at 5056 West Chester Pike in Newtown Square.
Philadelphia Union collaborated with local artist Distortedd to create a special edition club logo shirt inspired by Hispanic culture. These shirts will be available exclusively at the Union Shop starting at 5 PM along with adidas Hispanic Heritage tops worn by players during pre-match warmups.
As part of Subaru's Love Promise initiatives, over 40 adoptable dogs will be present on Subaru Plaza looking for new homes. Gates for the match against Atlanta United FC will open at 6 PM ET.
Updated concessions for the event include Grab & Go locations powered by CHEQ in Sections 106, 123, and Section 133. New food options are available throughout the stadium including Philly Cheesesteak on a Roll (Section 108), Burrito Box (Section 125), Walking Nachos (Section 127), and Kono Ice (Section 130).
Subaru Park has achieved zero landfill status since officially declaring it in 2021 through efforts to reduce waste by more than half per fan while increasing recycling five-fold.
