Philadelphia Union II continues its push to regain the Eastern Conference lead as they hit the road for a showdown at Toronto FC II on Sunday afternoon. The match is scheduled to start at 3 PM ET and will be available on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.

Union II enters the weekend sitting two points behind the top spot, thanks to a bounce-back win against Chicago Fire II over the weekend. Leandro Soria scored his first professional brace, and goalkeeper Mike Sheridan set a new career high for saves in the contest that saw the Boys in Blue snap a three-game losing streak.

Saturday's match will be the second meeting between the two sides, with Union II racking up an impressive 4-0 performance in late June. Kyle Tucker opened the scoring in the eighth minute, which was followed by Eddy Davis's first of two goals a few minutes later to put the road squad up by two inside the first 12 minutes. The offense continued with Frankie Westfield scoring in the 20th minute and then Davis completing his brace in the 30th minute.

Toronto FC finds itself in search of points as they sit outside a playoff position in 12th place. They have collected just 22 points thus far via a 6-9-4 record in league play. Six of their ten results have come on their home turf, including a 4-3 victory over New York Red Bulls during their last game at York Lions Stadium. The young Reds enter off a pair of setbacks on the road where they fell in a shootout to Chattanooga FC and then lost outright to ATL UTD 2 by a 2-1 margin.
