The Towamencin Soccer Club has recognized Owen Gill as Musselman's Affiliate Player of the Month for the APRILBOYS category. At just nine years old, Owen plays as a defensive midfielder for the Towamencin Timberwolves, wearing shirt number 7.

Owen's nomination was based on his exemplary work ethic and leadership skills. As a key player in his team, he has been described as the "backbone of the team" and has played a crucial role in leading the U9 boys to an undefeated 10-0 record during their first travel season, along with multiple tournament victories.

Owen shared some personal insights as well, stating that his favorite professional club is Real Madrid and he admires Christiano Ronaldo. Locally, he favors Union Player Andre Blake and enjoys the Phillie Phanatic from the Phillies as his favorite mascot. When asked about a memorable experience, Owen recalled making the travel team as a significant moment.

Outside of soccer, Owen is also proud of being part of a travel baseball team. Looking to the future, his ambition is to become a professional soccer player. Owen admires his teacher, Mrs. Gehrhardt, noting that her teaching made the school year feel fast.
