MLB Pipeline has taken a look into the future to predict who will be each Major League Baseball club's top prospect in 2027. This exercise involves projecting based on current prospects and their development paths, while acknowledging that trades and draft picks could change these outcomes.

For the Toronto Blue Jays, Arjun Nimmala is expected to lead as the No. 1 prospect. "Toronto selected Nimmala 20th overall in 2023 knowing he was going to be a long-term project," the report states.

The Baltimore Orioles are predicted to have Stiven Martinez at the top of their list by 2027. The organization signed him for $950,000 after his strong showing on MLB Pipeline’s Top 50 international prospects list.

Brailer Guerrero is seen as a potential leader for the Tampa Bay Rays' farm system. "Guerrero signed with Tampa Bay for $3.7 million in January 2023," and despite shoulder issues limiting his playtime, his potential remains high.

Franklin Arias might become the top prospect for the Boston Red Sox due to his defensive skills and improved batting performance since signing from Venezuela.

George Lombard Jr., son of former big leaguer George Lombard, could rise to prominence within the New York Yankees' ranks due to his athleticism and baseball acumen developed over years.

Jaison Chourio of the Cleveland Guardians is noted for potentially offering better bat-to-ball ability than his brother Jackson Chourio while providing significant defensive value.

Blake Mitchell is anticipated as a key figure for Kansas City Royals with impressive power projection behind home plate.

Bryce Rainer is seen as Detroit Tigers’ shortstop of the future after being picked 11th overall in 2024, with potential plus power development noted by scouts.

The Minnesota Twins might see Brandon Winokur step up following Walker Jenkins’ expected graduation from their system by then.

Other notable mentions include Braden Montgomery for Chicago White Sox, Joswa Lugo for Los Angeles Angels, Walker Janek for Houston Astros, Ayden Johnson for Oakland Athletics, Jonny Farmelo for Seattle Mariners, Malcolm Moore for Texas Rangers, Cam Caminiti for Atlanta Braves, Starlyn Caba for Miami Marlins, Elian Peña for New York Mets, Travis Sykora for Washington Nationals among others across various teams.

This speculative analysis provides an interesting glimpse into how MLB teams' minor league systems might evolve over time based on current talent evaluations and projections.
