The Philadelphia Eagles have made adjustments to their roster, placing offensive lineman Jack Driscoll on Injured Reserve. Driscoll, who was drafted in the fourth round by the Eagles in 2020, has been dealing with an ankle injury and was listed as a limited participant in Thursday's Injury Report. This season, he has played 110 offensive snaps across 13 games, starting once.

In response to Driscoll's move to IR, the Eagles have promoted guard/tackle Brett Toth from the practice squad to the active roster. Toth joined the practice squad in August following initial roster cuts and has yet to appear in a game this season. Originally signed by Philadelphia in 2019 after receiving a military waiver from the Army, Toth spent time with both the Cardinals and Panthers before returning to the Eagles.

Furthermore, wide receiver Joseph Ngata has been added to Philadelphia's practice squad. Ngata previously joined the team as an undrafted free agent in 2023 and participated during Training Camp and preseason activities last summer. He led his college team at Clemson with notable performances including five catches for 88 yards against the Patriots during preseason.

Ngata concluded his collegiate career with impressive statistics: 1,287 yards on 88 receptions and six touchdowns over 45 games.
