Mekhi Becton, a key player for the Philadelphia Eagles, reflected on his journey after the team secured a division title and a spot in the playoffs following their victory over the Cowboys. Becton, who joined the Eagles from the Jets where he never experienced a winning season, expressed his emotions about this achievement.

"It meant a lot. Just going through the trials and tribulations that I had to go through in my life and my career. I overcame a lot of things that a lot of people don't know about, but they think they know about. I overcame that and it was pretty dope just to overcome that," Becton stated regarding winning the NFC East.

Becton is focused on pursuing greater goals with his team, aiming for a Super Bowl win. Reflecting on past experiences, he said, "This might sound crazy, but I just try to take it back to high school. That was the last time I've been in a situation where I had to play for something meaningful and play for a championship."

Wide receiver Jahan Dotson is also set to make his playoff debut with the Eagles after being traded from another team. Dotson shared his excitement about participating in his first postseason game during his third year in the league.

"It's exciting. I can't wait for the opportunity. We're chasing something really big here, so it's pretty cool just to be a part of something like this. I'm really excited," Dotson commented.

Bryce Huff, another former Jet now with Philadelphia, is eager for his playoff debut after signing as a free agent. "It feels great, just knowing that we have the opportunity to do something special. I'm looking forward to it," Huff said.

Rookie defensive back Cooper DeJean has had an impressive season despite early setbacks due to injury. He acknowledged the importance of maintaining focus as he prepares for significant games ahead.

"The veterans have been telling us how a lot of teams aren't playing right now. A lot of teams are at home, and we get to continue to play football," DeJean remarked.

Veteran Darius "Big Play" Slay has provided guidance throughout the season to rookies like Quinyon Mitchell and others preparing for their first playoff experience.

Mitchell emphasized learning from Slay's advice: "We already asked some questions and stuff like that, but he (Slay) just says it's just a regular game."

As they head into their upcoming matchups, DeJean noted that preparation remains consistent despite heightened stakes: "Obviously, the stakes are higher... But we just have to continue to prepare – that's been a point of emphasis."
