The Philadelphia Eagles secured a victory in their regular-season finale, defeating the New York Giants 20-13 at Lincoln Financial Field. This win improved the Eagles' record to 14-3, tying a franchise record set in 2022.

"It's taken a lot of people to win 14 games. There's been a lot of contributions from a lot of different people," said Head Coach Nick Sirianni. "Had some bumps and bruises along the way and a lot of guys have stepped in and played. When you win 14 games, it takes everybody."

With their No. 2 seed already secured, Philadelphia rested many starters during this game. Tanner McKee made his first NFL start as quarterback, throwing for 269 yards and two touchdowns.

Jeffrey Lurie, Chairman and CEO of the Eagles, marked his 300th victory as owner with this win. Additionally, Nick Sirianni achieved his 50th career victory as head coach (including playoffs), boasting a regular-season record of 48-20 over four years with Philadelphia.

The game began with the Giants driving offensively but being halted by Kelee Ringo's defensive play against Drew Lock's pass intended for Darius Slayton. McKee connected with Dallas Goedert early on after Goedert returned from injured reserve.

"He hasn't played in a while, so we thought he had to get some good practice this week and play in this game," Sirianni commented about Goedert.

McKee found Ainias Smith for Smith's first career touchdown on a rollout play-action pass: "It definitely felt good getting the first touchdown for sure," said Smith.

Jake Elliott missed an early field goal attempt but later converted from 24 yards to extend the Eagles' lead before halftime. Jahan Dotson contributed significantly to the offensive effort with key receptions throughout the game: "I knew there was going to be a good opportunity for me to make some plays," Dotson stated.

In the second half, Graham Gano scored for the Giants with field goals while Malik Nabers caught Drew Lock's pass for their only touchdown. Sydney Brown intercepted Lock’s pass late in the fourth quarter securing Philadelphia’s victory.
