Brian Westbrook, the former Philadelphia Eagles running back, is reflecting on his successful career and current endeavors. Drafted by the Eagles in 2002 after a standout college career at Villanova, Westbrook quickly became known for his versatility on the field. In 2004, he was the only NFL player to achieve over 700 yards in both rushing and receiving, contributing significantly to the Eagles' Super Bowl XXXIX appearance.

Westbrook's peak season came in 2007 when he set career-highs with 1,333 rushing yards and 771 receiving yards. "My focus was to continue to get better every single game," Westbrook recalls of that year. He retired from professional football in 2012 as one of only six players in NFL history with more than 30 rushing touchdowns and 30 receiving touchdowns.

Beyond football, Westbrook is dedicated to helping young people through the Brian Westbrook Foundation. The foundation offers educational programs such as engineering camps and entrepreneurship training. "Our biggest focus is making sure that our mission is complete," Westbrook says.

Westbrook also supports athletes transitioning to life after sports through his role as managing director of the Athlete Entrepreneur Program. "It's about teaching our athletes that they have the skill set to be successful after the game," he explains.

In addition to these roles, Westbrook is pursuing an MBA at Columbia University, working as an NFL broadcaster, co-authoring a children's book, and was recently inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.

Reflecting on his life now, Westbrook states: "I'm happy and I'm content. I'm content with where my life is at." He values spending time with family and continues to engage in business ventures while maintaining close ties with loved ones.
