The Philadelphia Eagles have made several changes within their Football Operations, Scouting, and Sports Medicine & Performance departments. The organization announced these updates to titles and new hires on June 6, 2024.

In the Football Operations department, Bryce Johnston has been named Senior Vice President/Tertiary Football Executive. Dom DiSandro will serve as Senior Advisor to the General Manager/Chief Security Officer/Gameday Coaching Operations. Adam Berry takes on the role of Vice President of Football Operations and Strategy, while Jeff Scott becomes Vice President of Football Operations. Connor Barwin is now Head of Football Development and Strategy, with Katie David as Chief of Staff to the General Manager. Zach Drapkin has been appointed Senior Quantitative Analyst, and Matt Leo is a Player Development Assistant.

Within the Scouting department, Charles Walls and Alan Wolking have both been promoted to Vice Presidents of Player Personnel. Brandon Hunt steps into the role of Senior Director of Scouting. Phil Bhaya is now Director of Player Personnel, while Ameena Soliman holds dual roles as Director of Football Operations/Pro Scout. Jeremy Gray becomes Assistant Director of Player Personnel, Cam Bradfield is assigned as Southwest Area Scout, and Terrence Braxton is named Player Personnel Coordinator.

In Sports Medicine & Performance, Fernando Noriega assumes responsibilities as Director of Player Performance and Sports Science/Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. Ben Wagner serves as Associate Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, with Dustin Woods taking on duties as Interpersonal Performance Director/Associate Strength and Conditioning Coach.

The Eagles also introduced new personnel in their ranks. Isabel Pantle joins the team as a Quantitative Analyst in Football Operations. In Scouting, Laurel McHale and Duke Tobin are welcomed as Scouting Assistants.
