Philadelphia Union's dedication to nurturing young talent has once again been recognized on a national level. Three of the club's homegrown players, Jack McGlynn, Quinn Sullivan, and Cavan Sullivan, have been named to Major League Soccer's 22 Under 22 list presented by BODYARMOR.

This year marks the seventh consecutive season that a player from Philadelphia Union has received this honor. All three honorees have developed through the club’s pathway to professional soccer. Each player is contracted with the team through at least next season.

Jack McGlynn achieved his highest ranking yet at No. 3 in his third appearance on the list. The 21-year-old midfielder increased his playtime significantly this season, recording 2223 minutes over 24 starts and participating in 29 games. He contributed six assists and four goals during these matches. A notable highlight was his game-tying goal against D.C. United on May 4th.

McGlynn also represented Team USA at the Paris Olympics this summer, helping them reach the quarterfinals for the first time since 2000. "It definitely feels good to be recognized," McGlynn said about his inclusion on the list alongside two teammates.

Quinn Sullivan made his debut on the list at No. 8 after an impressive season where he more than tripled his playing minutes compared to last year and increased his goal tally fivefold. The midfielder started in 24 out of 33 regular-season matches, scoring four goals and providing eleven assists.

"It's my first time making the list, so it's super exciting," Sullivan commented about his achievement.

The youngest of the trio, Cavan Sullivan, entered professional soccer as a promising talent at just fifteen years old and secured spot No. 18 on the list. Although he played only ten minutes with Philadelphia Union's first team this season, he showed potential during those appearances.

Cavan primarily showcased his skills with Union II in MLS NEXT Pro league play, contributing four goals and four assists over 1134 minutes on the field.
