Philadelphia Union II secured a dramatic victory over Atlanta United FC 2 with a last-minute goal from CJ Olney, marking their second comeback win in a week. The match, held at Subaru Park, saw Union II trailing at halftime after Atlanta converted a penalty in the 43rd minute.

Union II dominated the second half, equalizing through Cavan Sullivan's left-footed shot off the post. In stoppage time, team captain Frankie Westfield delivered a deep cross that led to Olney's decisive goal.

The win ensures Union II finishes in the top two of the Eastern Conference as they prepare for their final regular-season game against Chicago Fire II on October 6th. The match will be broadcast on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.

Union II started strongly, with early chances from Sullivan and Eddy Davis III. However, Atlanta took the lead through Nick Firmino's penalty just before halftime.

In the second half, Union II intensified their efforts. Sal Olivas forced a save from Atlanta's keeper shortly after play resumed. Despite continued pressure from Philadelphia, Atlanta nearly extended their lead but missed key opportunities.

With just over 20 minutes remaining, Sullivan scored to level the match. Pierre initiated the play by advancing into the box and setting up Davis, who assisted Sullivan for his goal.

Union II pressed for a winner in added time. Soria had a breakaway chance but was denied by goalkeeper Jayden Hibbert. Finally, in the 95th minute, Olney capitalized on another cross from Westfield to secure all three points for his team.

Philadelphia Union II will conclude their regular season against Chicago Fire II on October 6th at 1 PM.
