The Philadelphia Flyers, in collaboration with NBC Sports Philadelphia and Beasley Media Group Philadelphia, have released the local broadcast schedule for the 2024-25 preseason and regular season.
NBC Sports Philadelphia (NBCSP) will provide live coverage of 72 Flyers games during the upcoming NHL season. This includes three preseason matchups and 69 regular-season contests. The broadcasts will feature Flyers Pregame Live and Flyers Postgame Live with hosts Ashlyn Sullivan, Al Morganti, and Scott Hartnell.
The NBCSP’s coverage begins with the preseason home opener against the New York Islanders on September 26 at 7 p.m. ET. The regular season broadcast schedule kicks off on October 11 at Vancouver at 10 p.m. ET. Play-by-play announcer Jim Jackson will lead the coverage, a role he has held since 1995, alongside game analyst Brian Boucher for his second season.
Live coverage of Flyers games on NBCSP, including pregame and postgame shows, will be available for streaming on the NBC Sports app and NBCSportsPhiladelphia.com. These digital platforms will also offer extensive written, video, and audio content about the team.
97.5 The Fanatic remains the primary flagship station of the Flyers Broadcast Network. Select games will be moved to sister station 93.3 WMMR. Tim Saunders continues as play-by-play announcer since 1997, joined by color commentator Todd Fedoruk for a second consecutive season. Jason Myrtetus and Brian Smith will host pregame, postgame, and intermission coverage on both stations, with former Flyer Chris Therien returning to join them for pregame analysis.
