Philadelphia Union is offering personal training for youth soccer players through its Player Development Program (PDP). This initiative aims to provide individualized attention and tailored feedback, addressing specific skills and weaknesses that are often overlooked in team practices.

Personal trainers can enhance technical skills such as ball control, precision in shooting, and agility in dribbling. They also focus on mental toughness and physical conditioning, which are crucial for peak performance on the field. "With the concentrated focus on individual development, players often learn soccer skills more rapidly in private training sessions," stated Tyler Fenstermacher, Director of PDP.

The program offers three packages—WHITE, NAVY, and GOLD—each designed to match different levels of intensity and commitment. The Small Group Training option allows players to train alongside six or fewer peers, ensuring personalized feedback with a low player-to-coach ratio.

Additionally, the Philadelphia Union UTrain program provides club-neutral training for those seeking extra practice outside their club schedules. A new UTrain Jr. program focuses on children aged 5-7, aiming to foster a love for soccer through fun and foundational skill development.

For further details or to register for these programs, contact Tyler Fenstermacher at the Player Development Program.
