As the Major League Baseball season approaches its final stretch, all 30 teams are set to expand their rosters in September. Each organization will have the opportunity to add two players, whether they are playoff contenders or looking ahead to next year.

In evaluating potential call-ups, MLB Pipeline focused on prospects ready for an opportunity based on team needs. Players already on the 40-man roster might have an advantage, though that isn't a barrier for all teams. Notably, twelve of the selected prospects have already experienced big league action this season.

The following is a summary of one potential impact call-up for each team:

**AL East**

- **Blue Jays:** Jake Bloss (RHP) could solidify his standing in Toronto's 2025 rotation.

- **Orioles:** Coby Mayo (3B/1B) aims to provide an offensive boost down the stretch.

- **Rays:** Joe Rock (LHP) might be utilized given his Rule 5 eligibility and performance with Durham.

- **Red Sox:** Chase Meidroth (INF) could address Boston's revolving door at second base.

- **Yankees:** Jasson Domínguez (OF) may return from injury as an upgrade over Alex Verdugo.

**AL Central**

- **Guardians:** Chase DeLauter (OF) could help Cleveland maintain its lead in the division.

- **Royals:** Noah Cameron (LHP) has impressed since debuting with Triple-A Omaha.

- **Tigers:** Ty Madden (RHP) may get a chance despite struggles at Triple-A Toledo.

- **Twins:** Andrew Morris (RHP), excelling at Triple-A, looks ready to assist Minnesota's staff.

- **White Sox:** Colson Montgomery (SS), despite a challenging season, remains Chicago’s top position prospect.

**AL West**

- **Angels:** Christian Moore (2B), quickly advancing through Double-A, faces no significant blockades in Los Angeles.

- **Astros:** A.J. Blubaugh (RHP), transitioning from reliever to starter, shows promise with his four-pitch mix.

- **A’s:** Jacob Wilson (SS), recovering from injury, demonstrates strong contact skills deserving another big league look.

- **Mariners:** Tyler Locklear (1B), showing power potential, could bolster Seattle’s offense.

- **Rangers:** Jack Leiter (RHP), improving at Triple-A, seeks another major league opportunity.

**NL East**

- **Braves:** Hurston Waldrep (RHP), rebounding from injury and poor initial outings, might contribute out of the bullpen.

- **Marlins:** Deyvison De Los Santos' power hitting could address Miami's low home run totals.

- **Mets:** Brandon Sproat's four above-average pitches make him a candidate for late-season relief work as New York chases a Wild Card spot.

- **Nationals:** Dylan Crews’ improved strikeout rates and power suggest readiness for Washington’s outfield plans next season.

**NL Central**

- Phillies: Seth Johnson's post-surgery performance makes him a viable option for Philadelphia's rotation issues

- Brewers: Jacob Misiorowski’s dynamic pitching arsenal positions him as a valuable bullpen addition during Milwaukee’s special season

- Cardinals: Michael McGreevy proved effective in his MLB debut and may be called upon again by St. Louis

- Cubs: Owen Caissie stands out among Chicago’s Top 100 prospects as most likely to join the major league squad
