The Eagles will kick off their season on Friday, September 6, against the Green Bay Packers in São Paulo, Brazil, marking the first matchup of the NFL's 2024 International Games.

As Training Camp has commenced for both teams, numerous storylines have emerged. The Packers enter 2024 with quarterback Jordan Love in his fifth year and second as the full-time starter. Love recorded 32 touchdowns and amassed 4,159 passing yards in 2023 during his first year as the main quarterback following Aaron Rodgers' departure.

Green Bay concluded the regular season with a 9-8 record in 2023, securing a Wild Card berth that led to an upset victory over the Dallas Cowboys. However, their campaign ended in the Divisional Round with a narrow loss to San Francisco (24-21).

Following running back Aaron Jones' departure in free agency, the team signed former Raiders back Josh Jacobs to a multi-year deal to bolster their playoff ambitions for 2024.

Key statistics from last season include:

- Record: 9-8 (2nd in NFC North)

- Key additions: Josh Jacobs, Andre Dillard

- Key losses: Aaron Jones, Jon Runyan, Darnell Savage

- Top draft picks: Jordan Morgan (Round 1), Edgerrin Cooper (Round 2), Javon Bullard (Round 2), Marshawn Lloyd (Round 3)

Mike Spofford, editor for the Packers' website, provided insights into significant aspects as Training Camp begins:

1. On top storylines to watch out for:

"The Packers are beginning camp with three kickers vying for the job – incumbent Anders Carlson... veteran Greg Joseph... and James Turner..."

2. On how Josh Jacobs changes the offense dynamic:

"It's hard to say until everyone sees how exactly he fits in and how he's used... He's more of a power runner... but he's talked with Head Coach Matt LaFleur about being used as a receiver out of the backfield more than he was with the Raiders."

3. On what's next for this younger team after last season's playoff run:

"Handling expectations as well as adversity... Now, expectations exist after the strong finish to '23..."
