Mayor Jim Kenney invites Climate Collaborative of Greater Philadelphia (CCGP) members to join a virtual workshop, Managing Food Waste to Meet your Climate Goals. In partnership with the Center for EcoTechnology (CET), CCGP is excited to host this opportunity to evaluate how food waste management fits into your organization’s sustainability and/or climate strategy.
Waste reduction is critical to tackling carbon emissions. During this workshop, we will provide tools to bolster your organization’s strategy to reduce waste generation and divert waste away from the landfill. No matter what stage your organization has reached in its climate planning, this session is designed to help you identify concrete actions you can implement in the short and long term.
