43 percent of applicants to Orleans Technical College were admitted for fall 2018

At Orleans Technical College, 58 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 91 percent are male, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The two-year private not-for-profit institution in Philadelphia enrolled 284 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 17.3 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

100 percent of undergraduates are residents of Pennsylvania.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Black or African American (36 percent) and white (26 percent).

The school admitted 43 percent of the 143 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 59 percent enrolled.
