The Philadelphia Eagles have made a series of roster changes ahead of their final game of the 2024 season. Defensive end Brandon Graham has been activated from Injured Reserve, allowing him to participate in the upcoming match against the Kansas City Chiefs. Graham, who had been sidelined since Week 12 due to a triceps injury, expressed his readiness and excitement for the game. "I'm just happy that I'm able to play in this last one," he said.

In addition to activating Graham, the Eagles have placed offensive lineman Nick Gates on Injured Reserve. Gates had been dealing with a groin injury and was listed as questionable before being moved to Injured Reserve. His season concludes after playing 96 snaps.

The team also elevated fullback Khari Blasingame and linebacker Nicholas Morrow for Sunday's game. Blasingame has contributed primarily on special teams during his playoff appearances this season and was signed by the Eagles following an injury to Ben VanSumeren. Morrow joined the practice squad after Nakobe Dean's injury and has played in recent playoff games.

The Eagles plan to announce their gameday inactives at 5 PM ET on Sunday.
