Three Philadelphia Union Academy players join U.S. Under-15 national team

Philadelphia Union Academy players Javier Linares, Landon Mulvenna, and Olatimoni Gbalajobi have been chosen to join the U.S. Under-15 Men’s Youth National Team in Fayetteville, Georgia. The camp, led by U-15 MYNT head coach Tom Heinemann, is scheduled from November 14 to 20 at the future site of the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center.

The selection criteria for this cycle include players born on or after January 1, 2010. This age group will compete in next summer's Concacaf U-15 Championship. The U-15 team plays a significant role in building the foundation of the Men's Youth National Teams (MYNT) player pool as part of U.S. Soccer's development strategy.

The roster features representation from fifteen MLS clubs, with Chicago Fire FC, Columbus Crew, and Philadelphia Union each contributing three players. Other clubs such as LA Galaxy, New York City FC, and St. Louis City SC have two representatives each.

The full roster for the November training camp includes:

Goalkeepers: Olumuyiwa Ajayi (New York City FC), Connor Dale (Inter Miami CF), Jason Nemo (Chicago Fire FC).

Defenders: Jeremiah Alexander-Munoz (Charlotte FC), Luca Antongirolami (Sporting Kansas City), Orion Jolliff (San Jose Earthquakes), Owen Jorgensen (St. Louis City SC), Brenden Leon (Portland Timbers), Richmond Luong (Columbus Crew), Finn McCraney (Chicago Fire FC), Landon Mulvenna (Philadelphia Union).

Midfielders: Vinny Garcia (LA Galaxy), Javier Linares (Philadelphia Union), Noe Santillan (Atlanta United FC), Nathan Tchoumba (Colorado Rapids), Lisandro Torres (Los Angeles FC), Robert Turdean (Chicago Fire FC), Niccolo Vafiades (New York City FC).

Forwards: JD Adigun (Columbus Crew), Ikenna Chidebe (LA Galaxy), Jamil Danjaji (Columbus Crew), Timoni Gbalajobi (Philadelphia Union), Kane Kraus(St.Louis City SC.), Eric Lodge(New York Red Bulls).
