Graduates earn 95 degrees from Moore College of Art and Design

About 84.2 percent of the 95 degrees and certificates handed out by Moore College of Art and Design in 2017-18 were to students in visual and performing arts programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Philadelphia conferred 77 bachelor's degrees and 3 master's degrees in visual and performing arts programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in illustration. Data shows the school gave out 22 bachelor's degrees in illustration, followed by 17 bachelor's degrees in fashion/apparel design and 11 bachelor's degrees in general fine/studio arts.

The college enrolled 397 students for 2017-18, including 372 in undergraduate programs and 25 in graduate programs.
