As of September 3, Temple University Hospital – Main Campus will no longer offer Labor and Delivery services at its Broad and Ontario Streets location. All childbirth services are being moved to a new hospital facility.
Chief Healthcare Executive has continued its coverage of recent leadership changes at Temple Health. Abhi Rastogi has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Temple Health. Rastogi will also remain Executive Vice President of Temple Health and President & CEO of Temple University Hospital Inc. In his expanded role as COO, he will focus on the integration and growth of Temple Health, clinical quality and efficiency, and the implementation of AI-based solutions.
John Ryan has been named Chief Administrative Officer for Temple Health. He will continue his responsibilities as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, overseeing the legal, human resources, and government affairs teams. With this new appointment, Ryan will also take charge of the marketing and communications team.
