6abc and Temple Health recently worked together on a sponsored segment focusing on support for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). The segment included perspectives from Anna Marie Bednar, a patient living with IPF, and Jennifer Wescoe, who serves as the Executive Director of the Wescoe Foundation for Pulmonary Fibrosis.

The initiative aimed to highlight the challenges faced by individuals diagnosed with IPF and the resources available to them. The collaboration brought attention to both personal experiences and organizational efforts in supporting those affected by this condition.

Temple University Hospital also announced that Labor & Delivery services have relocated from its Main Campus at Broad & Ontario to a new women & families hospital. This move is part of ongoing changes within the healthcare system to better serve patients’ needs.
