On December 9, 2024, Musselman's announced Alexander "Xander" Leimeister as the Affiliate Player of the Month for November. Xander, an 11-year-old center defender for the Coventry Volcanoes, has been recognized for his exceptional dedication and team spirit.

"We are nominating Xander because he is the most selfless player," stated a spokesperson from Musselman's. "We know he would love to hop on offense occasionally and contribute to a few goals but he knows that he is most needed on defense a lot of the time. He protects our goalie fiercely. He always gives 110%. He never gives up, never complains, and always plays with such heart that he’s amazing to watch on the field. He’s a fantastic teammate and roots for the other players with such enthusiasm that he brings pure joy to the team. We are thankful for the hard work he puts in every week and the smile that always accompanies it."

When asked about his favorite professional club, Xander expressed admiration for FC Barcelona. His favorite player globally is Lamine Yamal, while Andre Blake is his preferred Union player. Off the field, Xander takes pride in his academic achievements.

Xander shared a memorable soccer moment: "I had a free kick into the box that scored off my teammate’s back for the game-tying goal. That tie led to my team winning the tournament." As for future aspirations, Xander hopes to become a professional soccer player or alternatively pursue a career as a coach or manager.

His favorite teacher is Miss Henry because she keeps lessons engaging while ensuring students learn effectively.
