The Eagles have made a roster adjustment by placing defensive end Bryce Huff on Injured Reserve. This decision opens up a spot on the 53-man active roster. Huff is set to undergo a wrist procedure that aims to facilitate his return before the season concludes. He will be absent for at least four games, beginning with the upcoming match against Los Angeles.

"He's really done a good job of batting through, but this will hopefully help him get some more function in that hand," stated Coach Sirianni earlier this week.

Huff joined the Eagles as a free agent and has contributed significantly with 2.5 sacks, 4 QB hits, 13 QB pressures, and a forced fumble over 225 defensive snaps. Before joining the Eagles, he spent four years with the New York Jets after entering the league as an undrafted free agent from Memphis.

Coach Sirianni expressed confidence in the team's depth at defensive end during Huff's absence. "We feel good about the depth that we have here and some of the young guys. Nolan's (Smith) done a really good job, and Jalyx (Hunt), we'll see where he is as we continue on here. Jalyx keeps getting better as a football player," Sirianni said. "(Josh) Sweat's had some really good games and been playing at a top-notch level. BG (Brandon Graham) is continuing to be steady throughout like he has his entire career."
