We are seeking staff to work with young people in a grassroots club environment, focusing on teaching the fundamentals and inspiring a love for the game.
Position / Role:
This is a part-time position as a W2 employee. Coaching will primarily occur within our Affiliate Club network and grassroots-level programs. Practices traditionally take place in the evenings, Monday through Thursday, between 5 pm and 9 pm. Weekend coaching is available from 9 am to 1 pm. The model allows flexibility; however, if you choose to work on a set day, commitment to that schedule for the duration of the program is required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an online Grassroots License and one in-person Grassroots License (or have it booked)
- D License and above preferred
- Clean background checks and SafeSport certification
- Driving license and access to a vehicle

Interview Process for Selected Candidates:
1. Virtual meeting via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
2. Submission of a 15-minute video demonstrating current coaching.
3. Invitation to deliver a session with club players.
4. Decision on next steps based on in-person interview performance.
