DREXEL UNIVERSITY: Pilates Breath and Balance (15 Wellness Points) on October 14

Drexel University recently issued the following announcement

Event: Pilates Breath and Balance (15 Wellness Points)

When: October 14, 2020

Join Drexel Pilates senior instructor Megan Quinn for an hour of awakening, breath filled movement. This class is a gentle invitation to connect with sensation as the guide to building healthy strength and tone. No prior experience with Pilates is necessary.

What you'll need:

-A space you can lay down and move around in.

-A yoga mat if you have one, or a comfortable surface to lay on.

-An exercise band or a standard bath towel.

-Arm weights if you have them.

Megan Quinn is a Senior Instructor and the Program Coordinator in the Drexel Pilates Studio and Instructor Training Program. Currently working on her MA in Transformative Leadership, and an active member of Artists Collectives in Philadelphia, Megan is committed to imagining and embodying better futures together.

Please register in Career Pathway. The Zoom link will be sent via email from Career Pathway once you register.

*Participants in our Wellness Incentive Program are eligible to earn 15 points (a $15 credit) for attending this event. You name must appear in the participants box in Zoom (you must be signed in) in order to receive wellness credit.

You must register for the Health Advocate Wellness Incentive Program AND complete your annual Personal Health Profile before you will be eligible to receive any payouts. Points for attending these events will be sent to Health Advocate on a monthly basis for the prior month’s activities. There will be a 6-week delay in these points and payouts being distributed.
