On Saturday, Nov. 22, the Kutztown Golden Bears, featuring former Father Judge High School standout Shane Hartman, defeated the Bentley Falcons 52-0 in the NCAA Division II Football Championship.
The game was held at Andre Reed Stadium at noon and marked the first tournament encounter between the Kutztown Golden Bears and the Bentley Falcons.
Kutztown’s next matchup is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 29, at 12 p.m. at Andre Reed Stadium.
The University of Pennsylvania men’s lacrosse team ended its regular season with a 13-11 win over UMass Amherst on Apr. 24. Key performances came from Davis Provost and several teammates as they now await Ivy League results that will decide their postseason chances.
