Kyle Schwarber of the Philadelphia Phillies led the National League in home runs and RBIs during the 2025 Major League Baseball regular season. Schwarber hit 56 home runs, surpassing his previous bests of 46 in 2022 and 47 in 2023. He also drove in 132 runs, becoming the first Phillies player to lead all of MLB in RBIs since Ryan Howard achieved the feat with 146 RBIs in 2008. Schwarber’s total is the ninth-highest by a Phillies player since RBIs became an official statistic.

Trea Turner, also from the Phillies, won his second batting title with a .304 average. Turner had a strong finish to the season, collecting 42 hits in his final 100 at-bats before missing time due to a hamstring injury.

In other statistical categories across MLB, Cal Raleigh of the Seattle Mariners led both leagues with 60 home runs and topped the American League with 125 RBIs. Aaron Judge of the New York Yankees secured his first batting title with a .331 average and led AL hitters with 96 Statcast barrels. Shohei Ohtani of the Los Angeles Dodgers recorded an MLB-best 100 barrels this season.

José Caballero led all players with 49 stolen bases after being traded midseason from Tampa Bay to New York. In the National League, Oneil Cruz (Pittsburgh Pirates) and Juan Soto (New York Mets) each stole 38 bases.

On the pitching side, Max Fried (Yankees) had an MLB-leading 19 wins while Freddy Peralta (Milwaukee Brewers) led NL pitchers with 17 victories. Tarik Skubal (Detroit Tigers) posted a league-best ERA of 2.21 in the AL; Paul Skenes (Pirates) finished with an MLB-low ERA of 1.97.

Garrett Crochet (Boston Red Sox) struck out more batters than any other pitcher this year, finishing with 255 strikeouts for an AL/MLB high. Logan Webb (San Francisco Giants) was tops among NL pitchers with 224 strikeouts.

Carlos Estévez saved more games than any other reliever this year, closing out victories for Kansas City on forty-two occasions. Robert Suarez notched forty saves for San Diego as their closer.

As postseason play approaches, these individual performances highlight some of baseball’s top contributors during the regular season.
