Baseball fans have the opportunity to watch top prospects from the Philadelphia Phillies and other Major League Baseball organizations compete in the Arizona Fall League (AFL) and the Dominican Winter League (LIDOM). AFL games are available to stream for free on MLB.com and MLB.TV, while LIDOM games are included in MLB.TV’s Postseason Package, which costs $29.99.
The upcoming AFL schedule features several matchups with notable prospects. On Wednesday, Peoria faces Mesa at 4:30 p.m. ET, followed by Glendale against Surprise at 9:30 p.m. ET. The Glendale team will have White Sox prospect Hagen Smith starting, supported by Dodgers’ Josue De Paula and Braden Montgomery of the White Sox. Surprise counters with Texas’ Sebastian Walcott and Kansas City’s Blake Mitchell.
Thursday’s games include a matchup between Surprise and Peoria at 4:30 p.m. ET, where Phillies prospect Eiberson Castellano is scheduled to start for Peoria against Cincinnati’s Johnathan Harmon. Later that evening, Scottsdale plays Glendale at 9:30 p.m. ET, featuring Kevin McGonigle—ranked as MLB’s No. 2 prospect—leading Scottsdale’s offense.
Friday sees Salt River taking on Peoria at 4:30 p.m. ET and Surprise playing Glendale at the same time. Atlanta Braves’ Luke Sinnard is set to pitch for Surprise after returning from Tommy John surgery last year.
Saturday’s schedule includes Salt River versus Surprise at 3:30 p.m. ET, with Texas’ Jose Corniell making his return after injuries limited his play this season but culminated in an MLB debut in September for the Rangers.
Sunday wraps up the week with several games including Salt River facing Mesa at 4:30 p.m. ET, where Boston Red Sox prospect Luis Perales will pitch after overcoming injuries earlier in his career.
