The Philadelphia Phillies announced on Mar. 19 the introduction of the “Schwarbomb Sundae” and other player-inspired food items at Citizens Bank Park for the upcoming baseball season.

The new menu additions aim to enhance the fan experience at home games while supporting charitable causes connected to Phillies players. The Schwarbomb Sundae, named after outfielder Kyle Schwarber, features soft-serve ice cream topped with a funnel-cake-fried strawberry Uncrustable, strawberry sauce, and fruity cereal pieces, all served in a commemorative 2026 All-Star Game mini helmet.

In addition to the Schwarbomb Sundae, fans can try Sánchez Sliders—two fried chicken sliders with pickles, aioli, and hot honey inspired by pitcher Cristopher Sánchez—and The Sweeper, a ribeye steak sandwich with pizza sauce, provolone cheese, and pepperoni created in collaboration with pitcher Jesús Luzardo. Portions of proceeds from these items will benefit charities chosen by each player: Clínica de Familia in La Romana for Sánchez; Schwarber’s Neighborhood Heroes for first responders and military families; and The Luzardo Family Foundation supporting children’s health and underserved communities.

Citizens Bank Park has been home to the Phillies since 2004 and spans 21 acres according to the official website. The team represents Philadelphia in Major League Baseball (MLB) as a charter member of MLB’s National League according to the official website. The organization also engages fans through community outreach efforts according to the official website.

The Phillies serve not only Philadelphia but also regional and national audiences according to the official website. Their front office is led by executives including a chief executive officer and general manager who oversee operations according to the official website. The franchise has achieved World Series victories in both 1980 and 2008 according to the official website.

Fans can expect additional updates at Citizens Bank Park this year, including new grab-and-go locations and enhancements to existing favorites.
