Philadelphia Union Youth announced on May 14 that it is planning a soccer trip to Lisbon, Portugal for spring 2027. The tour will be organized by EPL Sports Tours and aims to provide young athletes with international competition, professional training environments, and cultural experiences.
The initiative is designed to give Philadelphia Union Youth players the opportunity to travel abroad and experience different styles of play. Previous tours have included destinations such as the United Kingdom and Spain. Organizers say these trips offer lifelong memories for players and families while exposing them to elite levels of soccer culture.

Families interested in participating are encouraged to complete an interest form in order to receive updates or secure a spot on upcoming informational Zoom calls about the trip. “Spots on the informational calls will be limited, so be sure to sign up early,” organizers said. They added: “We look forward to sharing more details soon and hope your family can be part of this incredible Philadelphia Union Youth international experience!”
