Philadelphia Union will offer a free livestream of their friendly match against Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday, starting at 5:30 p.m. on PhiladelphiaUnion.com. Fans worldwide will be able to follow the game with commentary from Union radio announcer Dave Leno and Union Ring of Honoree Sebastien Le Toux.

The match, taking place at Subaru Park, marks the second Sister City Showdown between the two clubs. Eintracht Frankfurt finished third in the Bundesliga during the 2024-25 season, earning a spot in the Champions League through their league standing for the first time in club history.

Philadelphia and Frankfurt have maintained an official sister city relationship for ten years as of 2025. The upcoming game also features a reunion, as Paxten Aaronson, a Union Homegrown player from Medford, New Jersey, now plays for Eintracht Frankfurt. Aaronson joined Frankfurt in November 2022 and spent time on loan with Dutch side Utrecht before returning to Germany at the end of the 2024-25 season. He is part of the group traveling to Subaru Park for Saturday’s match.

The last meeting between these teams occurred in 2018 when Philadelphia Union secured a 1-0 victory with a goal by Derrick Jones. In recent years, connections between the clubs have grown; Philadelphia signed Marco Fabián from Frankfurt in 2019 and later transferred Aaronson to the Bundesliga team.

A limited number of tickets remain available for fans interested in attending Saturday’s contest.
