Subaru Park in Chester, home of the Philadelphia Union, will host the U.S. Men’s National Team (USMNT) as they face Paraguay on November 15. The match is part of preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will be held in North America. Kickoff is scheduled for 5 p.m. ET, with national broadcasts available on TNT, HBO Max, Telemundo, Universo, Peacock, and Westwood One Sports radio.

This event marks the USMNT’s return to Subaru Park after seven years. The last time the team played there was a 3-0 victory over Bolivia on May 28, 2018. That match saw Josh Sargent, Tim Weah, and Walker Zimmerman each score their first international goals. Seven players from the recent Gold Cup roster have come through the Philadelphia Union academy.

The USMNT holds a record of four wins, two losses, and two draws against Paraguay. Their most recent meeting ended in a 1-0 win for the United States on March 27, 2018. In that game, Tim Weah became the first player born in the 2000s to appear for the national team and Zack Steffen recorded his first shutout. The teams’ rivalry dates back to the inaugural FIFA World Cup in 1930 when Bert Patenaude scored a hat-trick for the U.S.

This will be only the second time these teams play each other in the Philadelphia area; previously they met during Copa America Centenario at Lincoln Financial Field on June 11, 2016—a match won by the U.S., with Clint Dempsey scoring his 51st international goal.

Three days after facing Paraguay at Subaru Park, the USMNT will play Uruguay at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa on November 18.
