Philadelphia Union announced on April 20 that a unique pair of shoes designed for ambassador Frankie Westfield is now available for auction, with proceeds supporting Leveling the Playing Field and its youth sports programs.
The initiative aims to benefit under-resourced communities by raising funds to expand access and equity in youth sports and recreation. The one-of-a-kind footwear was created in collaboration with Leveling the Playing Field and Meghan Burns from With an H Designs, using donated materials collected through Subaru: Gear for Good and other donation drives. Items that could not be redistributed were repurposed into this artistic project.
Frankie Westfield wore the shoes ahead of Philadelphia Union’s Greener Goals theme night on April 18. Fans are invited to bid on the shoes until Monday, April 27 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, with all proceeds directed toward charitable efforts led by Leveling the Playing Field.
